Well said. Bennett may or may not pan out as a QB2. But if anyone expected he'd come in and light it up this preseason that's on them, not him.

But I don't see how the 128th pick in the Draft could be "overdrafted." I do agree they should have a veteran backup there for now so he can be the QB3 early on. No question it is a gamble to have such a raw rookie as the QB2.
