If Boom is starting at RG, why acquire Dotson? Maybe they realize Noteboom will get hurt, but if that is the case, who backups Jackson? Maybe the plan is to go with Noteboom at RG, then transition to Dotson with Boom being the swing G/T, however, that doesn't seem right also. Very confusing right now.
