Rams accepted learning curve when they made the call to go with youth at backup. They had to roll the dice at certain spots and backup QB was one of them. So you sit him down, give him his film corrections and coach him through it.
Isn't it the coaches job to "develop" these kids? If you make a decision like this to go with so much youth, you BETTER be confident you can "coach 'em up" or else you will be in big trouble!
As I said before, I feel a little better about our ability to "coach up" or "develop" players on the offensive side of the ball than the defense.
If we can't "develop" these kids, it will be right back to the old F-them Picks montra! lol
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
