Until there are suspensions and fines it won't be stopping, it will be getting worse until who knows what happens.
This has been a topic during the preseason on sports talk radio for a couple of years now but that won't change anything. It will change when someone on the field, player or fan, get seriously hurt.
The smart thing to do would be to get it in check right now. But they won't do that. The NFL will leave it up to the teams, that way they can blame them when a fan standing in a crowd on the sidelines ends up with a broken leg from a brawl spilling into the crowd.
