This is why Kroenke is such a great owner. Not only does he financially support his teams to the hilt, he also gives over management of them to the professionals who know what they're doing. You just don't hear of him interfering. Obviously he monitors. Fisher wasn't hacking it, so goodbye Fisher. And I'm sure he was peripherally involved in McVay's hiring in the sense that he had to OK such radical thing as hiring a 30 year old NFL HC. But that's it.
And, it works. So much of the turmoil on other teams (Jets, Colts, Browns come to mind) is CAUSED by the owner who thinks he's a know it all.
The Rams are a very fortunate team to be in such good hands top to bottom.
