they can still be explosive and run the ball... look at the Eagles and 49ers
they have to add volume to that run game.... Akers does not love that outside zone... so mix it up. He's versatile... so if Akers is the best back (and he is clearly the Ram's best RB and has been for 3 years) then adjust your offense for what he does well
They appear to be about to do that... but we need to see it to be sure
When you play teams like the Eagles and 49ers you better be able to deliver blows on offense by running the ball... this is going to help Stafford too of course
