but!
I sure hope he has some dog in him... the 49ers and Eagles in the first couple of weeks of the season will knock that smile off his face for sure
I am hopeful that the day and age of McVays olines getting pushed around by elite defense ends this year...and that this line sets the stage for a reemergence by the Rams in 2024
The kid will be tested early and often. I like his attitude and personality. If he has some "dawg" in him, we might have found a gem.
Agreed on ending the days of our OL getting pushed around. I am hopeful that ends this year too. Seeing McVay's comments about growing some "b@lls" and including himself in that narrative makes me optimistic it will happen.
It sure sounds like McVay wants to change the "culture" from a "soft/finesse" team to one that is a bit more aggressive on both sides of the ball.
Run the ball more on offense and involve other players besides Kupp and defense, attack at the snap more often instead of having our guys "retreat" at the snap!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
