He had injuries hold him back last season, which might have been his breakout year otherwise. The guy might not be able to stay healthy, but if he does it feels to me like this is his time. He's got enough talent. He's got a top QB. He's got a top pass game planner. He's got precise route running skills fully refined. He's got a top play caller. He surely has the offense mastered by now. He has the position on the depth chart to get snaps.
If it's gonna happen... Now is the time I'd think it would.
