I wouldn't call him a "top-5 RB" either. I'm just saying if he could show some longevity this year then ending up averaging among the top-10 RB, especially given where the league is with RB production, is entirely feasible.
In 2020 he averaged 92 yards/game the final 7 games (including postseason) and then 85.3/game the final 6 last year. He's done it only in stretches like that, not a whole season. No question. He's carried the ball 14+ times in a game only 15 times (again including postseason) in 3 years.
But IF he does play even 14-15 games this year and they have an OL with more continuity than 2022 I could see him average better than 70.0 yards/game (and 1,000+ for the season).
