As JY posted, that is why he was a good combination with Hoecht. In fact, if you watch that Raider game, when they starting to expose Hoecht, when Thomas entered the game, the end was now contained well by Thomas. Thomas did not showcase mush pass rush and the Rams with have more options at OLB with the likes of Nick Hampton & Ochaun Mathis, but I am anxious to see of Thomas can generate any pass rush because I was very impressed with him against the run to his side.
