He's got Tutu and Jefferson ahead of him on that depth chart. Skow too, in terms of the "let's get someone out there who can help in the run game" role. So if all goes according to plan this guy shouldn't really even sniff the field. Chances are he is Kupp backup material and in that role you are praying you don't need him.
Down the road I do think he might be something for us. A real contributor. Because when I watch his film he's one of those guys who puts up high volume when he's healthy and in the game. Some guys just do that. But for that to happen you need to hit your window of opportunity and for that window to be open requires up to three other receivers either missing time or being outcompeted by him.
So I would say contributions of significance for him in year one are unlikely.
