If LaFleur merely emphasizes calling more running plays, that would be a giant step in the right direction.
Not allowing McVay to abandon his running game would be another.
More 12 sets would be very nice. And more TE targets with these new guys could be a gold mine.
Keeping this O varied and unpredictable would be a nice upgrade.
None of the above is particularly complicated but all require LaFleur to monitor McVay throughout the game.
I think LaFleur was a quality and timely hire that will greatly help McVay. We’ll see…
