I mentioned this game. He asked......."Is the 1989 team your favorite Rams team of all time??" I thought about it and said......YES! They did not win a Super Bowl but many of those guys went through a lot together. Aside from the team....It was a special time for me....On my own in the USAF......Some CLASSIC moments good AND bad...... DAYS before I left for USAF Boot Camp, I saw us smear Dallas with Dickerson having a record Playoff run. I saw the pain at Soldier Field.....While in the USAF, I saw REVENGE at Soldier Field on MNF in 86...... I saw us go off on the Giants in 88......I saw , IN PERSON, the Rams win in Dallas in 89.....a week later that NIGHTMARE on MNF vs Frisco.........And then.....The 89 Playoffs. WHAT A RUN!!!!!!!!
