I noticed him too. It's really a good thing for the NFL to have the USFL and XFL to help develop and discover players and coaches too.

IMO, they need to merge and be done with it.

Combine the best rules from both leagues. Use it to experiment with "new rules" before trying it in the NFL. It would be very beneficial for everyone.
