at either center or guard...Allen, when healthy, was a Pro Bowl Alternate...
I 100% agree he cannot stay healthy and that is why he needs to be replaced
and if Shelton is going to step up from being an orange player to be
a green player like Allen then great.

If center is stable then Avilia can stay at guard....not sure I want him at center
unless it is necessary

My point is just that in past several years, Shelton is not very good, Allen
is not great but he's been better.

My other point is football players change, some CAN get better and
Shelton seems to have the ability to step up
