Shelton is 6'4" 299lbs
Allen is 6'2" 303lbs
but he's yet to perform at a starter's level. But the great thing about the NFL
is guys are not the same year after year, they get better, they get worse
and maybe some stay about the same.
Only think I think is sure is Avila will be left guard. And the best man will win
at center, whoever that is.
Shelton is first string right now...so he's got to be beaten out by Allen - or MAYBE
Avila plays center if two good guards emerger, but I have stated before
Avila at center would be wasting his talent.
