the injuries really set Williams back

He showed some good things late in the year but for a rookie RB it's hard to do much when you miss basically all of camp/preseason and the first half of the regular season and then try to play catch up.

He's been billed as a classic 3rd down back who excels in pass protection and that's a great thing to have. There's plenty of room for him to contribute this year. A full, healthy OTAs, camp, preseason, etc. would do wonders for him.
