I was lucky enough to see him play
in 77 at KC, in a preseason game.
It was like effortless when the ball
left his hand..
Sad that his knees were gone
Just couldn't move.
Remember reading instead of wind sprints,
they took him to a pool to swim
easier on the knees, but it was too late.
