1st ballot is for guys like Joe Thomas- 6x All-Pro, 10 Pro Bowls
- Whit was 2x 1st team All-Pro and just 4 Pro Bowls

The SB ring helps Whit but he will get in, but just not right away
based on what the voters have been doing

Orlando Pace had better All-pros, Pro Bowls, was All-Decade
and won a Super Bowl--and he had to wait a year

Whit will get in on 2nd ballot or maybe 3rd - something like that
