Dicker would have had to be really special to overtake a vet punter.
As strong a leg as he may have had, the techniques needed
would be tough to be NFL-level after just a year of doing it.
In the NFL these days it's such a science. I am sure had he enough
time he'd probably be good enough to do it...
The look McVay gave Joe in Seattle game said a lot. I don't know what it was
about for sure . . . but the first part is right... they had issues
Dicker, though, would be a great kicker to have because he could punt
in an emergency...but I would doubt he'd ever do more than that
but he could be All-pro kicker at some point, if Tucker and Gay
falter...
