I don't think the Rams are thinking "tanking"

This draft shows they are building, now and next year. If they are thinking of Murray next year, they will have the capital again, if needed, but any team in line for the #1 pick probably won't trade it for any amount. In that case, the Rams may end up trading for another established QB vet who wants to play with McVay.
