Forgot about Caley coming in as TE coach. He largely did a good job in his years with New England. Belichick has always loved and valued TEs so I'm sure he learned a lot there.
Agree about Pleasant and Lake. I was disappointed when Pleasant left and am really glad he's back.
While some serious talent left this offseason they clearly upgraded the coaching staff and that will help. Wendell on the OL is another good addition. Teaching the young guys is essential and they have some very good coaches in place to do just that.
