Hey, Chuck - the PM feature of this board is not as hard as you might think. I hope you give it a try as I think you can give Ram4Life a great deal of support.
First, go to the top of this page and click 'Private Messages'
Second, click 'Send a PM'
After that you just pick Ram4Life from the 'Select recipient ...' drop down list, write your message, and click 'Send PM'.
(You will get notified when you receive a PM: that's pretty handy, too!)
