He had / is having a decent career. Is he an all-pro? No, but he's a starting WR. Also, not sure why you're comparing their rookie numbers. Maybe I'm confused by your post.
And he and Quick both 2nd rounders did not produce. If you don't think that's a bust, that's fine. There is no set definition of a bust
But Reynolds never had more than 618 yards receiving in a season. Quick never more than 564.
In their Rams career, both averaged less than 2 catches a game for 22 yards a game. Those are career numbers posted, not rookie
numbers.
Jefferson is averaging a little over 2 catches a game for 31 yards a game in his Rams career, not much more than Reynolds and Quick.
As far as bust---you spend a 2nd rounder on a WR, I'd expect for than 1.8 catches a game for 22 yards and a carer high of 618 yards
and a career average of 28 catches 323 yards and 2.3 touchdowns.
That is not a bust for a 7th-rounder to me but it is for a 2nd-rounder. It's not good...2nd rounders should do much better. They don't have to
be All-Pro or a Pro Bowler, but 323 yards a season? It's a little low.
For you, maybe it's not. And that's okay.
