Well, I guess the plan "really" isn't to be "bad" lol but rather they aren't going to be too "concerned" about the possibility of being "bad" or they would have done more this offseason.

In fact, they might not be too upset if we are bad since that would enhance our chances of getting better draft picks for this rebuild. After not having a #1 pick for a few years, I think they want one again and will be ok if it's a rather "high" pick!

I don't know if this is a good strategy or not. Not many experts thought going "all in" like did wouldn't work too, so there is that.
