Depends on what they think they have in the other 3 TE's.
I’m inclined to believe that they keep Higbee here in his last contract year. They need vets with all the rookies that are inevitably gonna make this team.
Moreover, TE is a position that typically takes longer to absorb so even a talent like Allen might struggle a bit in his rookie year.
I do think Higbee is a goner after this season, though.
