Puka ran a 4.55 & 4.59 at his pro day which is in the same area as Woods and better than Kupp. It seems that his style of play, being tough to take down and the willingness to take a hit is a trait both Woods and Kupp have. He ought to have a decent RAC and can run the Jet Sweep. At 6'2" he has good size and can go get the ball.
Love to see a GPS on this guy to see his field speed. Hopefully he can improve his route running. With Kupp who loves to teach that seems like a good possibility. I saw reports that his initial burst was lacking but no data to back that up. Certainly that is an area that can be improved upon with good training.
He seems like a good fit for this offense and if he can play special teams he will be active on game day. Not bad for a 5th rounder and hopefully can develop to make the WR rotation at some point.
