Blood clots run in my family..

and after my heart stents I had to be on blood thinners - still am.. I think a lot of clots form in your calves.. I know every time one of my calves starts hurting for no reason I hafta go get a sonogram done.. The blood thinners I'm on are not too bad, but he may be on a higher dosage than I am.. I've only nicked myself shaving and had blood drawn and really couldn't tell much difference.. However, I'd be sort of nervous getting bitten by a shark or something on a dive, cuz a large injury could potentially bleed like an SOB..
