His running skills I underated and his pocket and field awareness I underated. I love Dorian Thompson-Robinson and him having played at UCLA had me sold and he is a little bigger than Bennett. Carson Palmer made a great breakdown of DTR and is working with him.
I assume Bannett is fully engaged in training and development as well and taking nothing for granted. To learn his story I have to appreciate what he has done in his career and say that type of moxy and leadership is infectous and should not be underated seeing that is an intangible that many a talented QB lacks.
I look forward to his contributions be it on scout teams or if called in to duty. It is worth getting excited about because few can boast a 2 time championship.
I hope he is working on maturing and getting the necessary support to take his game to the next level. I certainly hope we can find success with him even if he becomes a perennial backup provide we are able to identify and find a long term starter when needed.
