Obviously no QB drafted is a sure thing.... but IMHO the 'best' reason the Ram's went for Bennett was NOT by considering him a very good backup at best... I really think they see him as a starter - - down the road.

McVay had what... 5 drafts now and never before did they take a QB... not even for backup reasons alone. I'm pretty confident about this... McVay sees more in this kid than most do. - JamesJM
