I am very very grateful to get to read all the work our Herd draftniks share with us. They give us insight into hundreds of players. Theirs is a labor of love and they willingly give it to us at no charge. It's very valuable information.
Most draft picks don't make it, no matter what round. Every team has major misses. It's an educated bet. If the GOAT was a sixth rounder that means every team passed at least five times. Kurt Warner? I remember him being a first overall pick, don't you? And we have seen some tremendous busts. Jemarcus Russell bad. I'm hoping Stetson works out. At worst, he should be an upgrade at backup QB over NOBODY. If it's between a two-time National championship winner and NOBODY I'm taking the two-time National Champ.
