How will he pan out? Things I glean as possibilities, just listening to him:

1. He's bright, articulate, smart enough to grasp the scheme quickly. He'll know his job and be useful right away.

2. He won't make mental mistakes.

4. He'll be coachable.

4. Teammates will probably like him. He exudes quiet confidence from a balanced personal perspective.

I'm comfortable with pick. Before I looked up the interview I was a little uncertain.
