This is at least a 2 year rebuild and that’s assuming that Snead has back to back stellar offseasons.
Put another way, one can’t have his cake and eat it, too.
Spending a premium pick in either draft is probably the loss of an immediate starter whether this year or next. And nobody expects all that much from Rams in ‘23, anyway.
How much difference could any one player from the late 1st round do this year vs what 2 starters could do? Seriously.
