Not with all the terrific players that will be sitting there, and ESPECIALLY with all the Rams needs. Spending badly needed picks in a trade up would be a massive self inflicted wound that Rams would regret for maybe 10 years.
This simply cannot be overstated.
A modest trade down is the smart play as has been discussed many times.
That’s my strong opinion, anyway.
