No, I've been feeling similar, but didn't know how to phrase it.
The pattern seems to be there:
- It's all Goff's fault, boom, he's gone in a lopsided trade
- It's all Akers fault, try to trade him
- It's all Robinson's fault, pay to get rid of him despite never getting much of a chance.
- Gotta have speed, rush to draft Tutu then not play him.
I can understand the need for some instant gratification in the "not for long" league. Ownership presure, fan pressure, need to exploit your stars while they're in their prime, etc. But you have to find a balance with playing the long game as well.
This should be an interesting year is as far as we discover how patient will Snead/McVay be. Lacking teh resources for quick-fixeswill they go for players to develop, or one-and-done guys.

Question. McVay has accurately described himself as impulsive and impatient, so why doesn’t he recuse himself from final draft decisions and just let Snead make them? Serious question.
