Why not? He was never charged with anything in either civil or criminal court. I understand cutting him while he was facing charges for rape but the DA investigation found no evidence of anything worthy of indictment or criminal behavior. We are all considered innocent until proven otherwise and this was a huge nothingburger.

Why would we take a "hit" over an untrue accusation of a young man?
