IMHO Cam could. And not just that... he was, perhaps still is, one who could perform with a less than stellar OL... few can do that.

He had a janky OL at FSU and flourished. I liked Cam before his tantrum but honestly, after this season I think he's not a Ram and we need to get his replacement lined up.
His injury history and fumbling issues are still troubling even though he can play with inept OLs.
