Don't forget STAFFORD, RAMSEY and VON MILLER, they got us over the "hump" to win the SUPERBOWL!!!!! As far as I am concerned using two first round picks on Stafford, two first round picks on Ramsey and 2nd and 3rd round picks on Von Miller should count as successful draft picks in the McVay era. They got us to the promised land, SUPERBOWL WIN BABY!!!! And that's what STAN wanted no matter the cost. That's SUCCESS!
