Any team that signs him to anything more than that, minimum full of incentives, will be taking a HUGE risk.
That risk is not worth taking IMHO.
Remember, the Ravens are trying to "show" Lamar Jackson that they are doing all the can to get him WR's......Thus, they are desperate!!!!!
