So again---could Snead be better? Yes.
Is he as bad as he's being portrayed? No.
When compared to other teams and their hits and misses Snead is somewhere in the middle.
Not a bum, not a hero.
And Tutu, I think, is on McVay. Same as Austin was on Fisher and his OC.
