Just how many players REALLY wowed you this past season?? Sure, some played well but nobody was much in the way of a difference maker. As of now, we have just THREE very key guys left on the entire team....... Stafford, Kupp and AD. Even with those guys......Stafford is aging and battered and AD has a foot close to the door if not out already. This is an all out rebuild. But remember....In today's NFL, it can happen in one season. We may field a bunch of very hungry guys ready to show the world.

Nobody "wowed" me Gator but I am not sure it's all their fault. They weren't really put into the best positions to succeed and not one player was "developed" by our DC. Not one player in multiple years with Morris as DC.

Even with 3 hof'ers on the D, the best we could last year was field a middle of the pack D. Now with less talent, only one HOF'er...at least for now while still keeping that same mediocre DC, I don't see things magically getting better anytime soon.

As long as Morris is here, would "blowing it up" really make that much of a difference? Sometimes you have to "rebuild" the coaching staff too. McVay saw that too and fired 2 of Morris's assistants. Maybe he should've fired one more?

We CAN rebuild in one year but you HAVE to have the really good coaches to do it when you are working with lesser talent...not mediocre ones.
