Average league career is like 3 years. I think maybe even less like 2.7 ... so the fact that guys aren't in the lague anymore for most is expected.

Looking at drafts with Snead, without McVay is one thing ... With Snead, McVay, and Holmes is another ... and now without Holmes is yet another.
