There is no way around it.
For the immediate and long term future the Rams can not afford to draft as badly as they have done in recent history.
And to be honest: I do not trust Snead , McVay and the scouting department in that aspect of the game.

I think they were a little too confident in recent drafts, choosing unconventionally. Take the guys we all know with the first 3 picks this year.
