Vanity. GMs and coaches suffer like the rest of us humans. We want attention.
And one way to get it is by trying something different. But just because it’s different, doesn’t mean it’s good.
So, you’d better analyze your plan fully if you don’t just want to settle for being a mere attention grabber.
