Matt Stafford is currently tied for the 7th highest average salary at $40M/yr with Dak Prescott and Daniel Jones. Note that both Jones ($82M) and Prescott ($95M) got more guaranteed money than Stafford ($63M) so in my book Stafford should be 9th.
