In that they recognize some limitations on moves they can make- as well as (cap-related) moves they HAVE TO make. But that it is very much a retooling on the fly and
not rebuild mode from the ground up. But that they might end up, with the resources they have, being an 8 or 9 win team in 2023. (Personally I think they could rebound to as many as 10-11 wins with better health and the 3rd place schedule they have).
But
then for 2024 they have a 1st round pick again, will have 10-11 picks overall and
a lot more financial flexibility.
Pretty even-keeled point of view I think.
