In an offseason that will have a lot of player turnover that is a positive in that he's been able to be more deliberate about assembling the coaching staff he wants and, I think, will have more confidence in them and therefore be more willing to delegate. It was clear they were very rushed in 2022 into some hires they probably didn't feel great about.
