I think the fans would have rebelled and probably needed to go through this type of season to know that you don't always keep the team together. In the end who don't you sign? Stafford? Kupp? Donald? The smart move was luckily losing out on Miller and smartly not extending Ramsey.
What should make you proud is that this team with all its adversity didn't implode and even general complainers like Ramsey kept their cool.
