Gay's market value

Spotrac projects a market value for him of 4 years and $20.5M, or $5.1M/year. OverTheCap has a valuation on him of $3.7M/year. If either is really the case, and maybe it's somewhere in between like $4.5M/year, unfortunately he is gone.

They'd net a decent 2024 comp pick for him and hopefully could find a gem in the Draft like in 2012...
