According to the article in the original post, some guy at the combine told the reporter that a Stafford retirement was on the table. But that didn't come from Stafford and it contradicts everything Stafford has said about the 2023 season.
As for AD he's on record as far back as Jan 23 saying he's playing this year. His quote from a Chris Long podcast "Tell em C Lo yeah I’m playn never said I wasn’t." [

Obviously, Rams would be prudent to plan on both Stafford and AD on a year to year basis and plan accordingly. Enjoy their production while they’re here, but prepare for their replacements to be onboard very soon.
